STANDARD SHIPPING - within Australia

Receive FREE standard shipping within Australia when you spend OVER $100 AUD.

Purchases under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 for standard delivery by Australia Post. Purchases between $50 - $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for Tracked Parcel Post. 

Delivery timing is dependent upon your distance from our warehouse on the Gold Coast. Australia Post quotes a delivery timing range of 2-7 business days.

If you require a quick delivery of less than 7 business days, please select Express Post. 

EXPRESS POST- within Australia

Selecting Express Post provides you with quick delivery and tracking.  The cost is based upon the weight of your total order.  

Australia Post guarantee a next business day delivery for this service provided you are within the Express Post delivery network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.

The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.

Outside metro areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

You may also find Saturday delivery is available for Express Post parcels sent on Fridays however this is dependent upon whether or not you reside in a Saturday delivery area.

SUPER FAST DISPATCH - SAME OR NEXT BUSINESS DAY

All orders received by 2pm EST will be dispatched same day. 

Once your order has been dispatched, Holley Day accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package unless you have selected one of the tracked delivery options (Parcel Post or Express Post). 

International orders (except New Zealand) automatically have tracking to ensure safe arrival and timely delivery of your order across long distances.


NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING SERVICE

We use either Australia Post or DHL eCommerce as our shipping providers for orders to New Zealand.

During the checkout you will have the choice to select the postal service which suits your needs. If you do not select a tracked service, then Holley Day will not accept responsibility for missing deliveries. Tracked orders are delivered by DHL E-Commerce.

Shipping rates for New Zealand are determined by the service and combined weight of your order. If you are ordering more than one item you may find that the flat rate service offered by DHL E-Commerce provides you with the most economical choice as it allows for up to 1kg in combined weight which is equivalent to approximately 4 sarongs.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use DHL eCommerce as our international shipping provider.

Each international order is tracked and you'll be provided with a Tracking ID.

International postage attracts a flat rate minimum charge of $20 AUD for orders up to 1kg in combined weight. You will find that you are able to combine multiple items into the one package and still only pay the one flat rate fee based the combined weight allowance. For example, you would be able to purchase 4 sarongs and still pay just $20 AUD.

Delivery timeframes vary based upon distance from Australia. The shopping cart will advise an estimation of the number of business days for delivery once you've entered your postal address.

International orders may attract taxes and duties entering your country. Please note that Holley Day is not responsible for these fees. Additionally there may be delays if the item is held by customs, in your country, for inspection.

We use DHL eCommerce to provide a quick and efficient service however, in rare cases, shipments are delayed. It may be due to customs clearance, weather factors or other extreme circumstances We hope you understand these elements are beyond our control.


CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)

Custom or Import Duty Fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The fees vary for a range of reasons but primarily by country and the value of your order.

If you do not accept delivery of your order, we cannot refund the cost of original shipping as that service has been provided. If charges are incurred returning the product to us in Australia, then those costs will be deducted from the refund on your product purchase.
