Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns

Our policy generously extends to 30 days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also still have its tags and be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your transaction ID which you will find in your Order Confirmation email. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days. Due to bank/Paypal processing times it may take up to a week to appear in your account. 

The cost of your ordered items is refunded however the cost of postage/shipping is not refunded. If you purchased multiple items and received 'free' shipping, there may be an adjustment to cover the shipping cost if items returned reduces your order value under the free shipping threshold. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at holley@holleyday.com.au.

Sale and Factory Second items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items sold as factory seconds cannot be refunded.

BOGO Sale Items

To qualify, you must buy one garment from the specified collection to receive the discount off the second item. Both items must be purchased in the one transaction and have the same delivery address. The discount will be applied to the cheaper item. A refund will void the discount so that the full price is applied to the item retained and the refund amount adjusted accordingly for the discount and postage if the order is no longer over the free shipping threshold. 

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please email pictures to us immediately as we may be able to waive the requirement to return the item and thereby save on the return postage costs.

If you have ordered a product where the sizing if not suitable, please contact us via email to arrange an exchange. 

The return postage cost is your responsibility however we will post the exchange item to you again free of charge if you are in Australia.  We provide measurements in every product listing to assist you in sizing selection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.  The delivery timing advised by Australia Post ranges from 2 to 7 business days. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, such as Parcel Post.
