All our garments and accessories are quality checked before they head out the door. Nothing is drop shipped from some anonymous overseas factory.
We personally source and quality check our products from a select range of suppliers. We then import all our stock to our warehouse here on the Gold Coast. This approach enables us to do yet another quality check personally before popping into the post bag. It also means that whatever you order, we have in stock and it'll be with you as quick as next day if you wish.
Despite all these quality checks, we still also offer a 30 day refund policy as a further guarantee to our customers for 100% satisfaction. All we ask is that the return postage is covered by the customer.
Holley Day is a family owned business. Typically when you post a comment or email a question, it is actually me answering you and I endeavour to respond to all queries same day, although on occasion it might be the next day.
